Hydrogen water, in simple terms, is basically molecular hydrogen dissolved in water. What are Hydrogen Water generators?

It is recommended that the hydrogen water be kept frozen for a longer period of retention if you want it to stay dissolved for longer than an hour. In a full aluminum bottle, hydrogen can remain dissolved for up to 60 hours. Agitating the generated water will cause the hydrogen to escape faster.
