HOW CAN I SHOP ONLINE?
You need to register for an online account by clicking on “My Online Account” by registering your email address and password. Followed by entering your address, billing address and shipping address and you may proceed to shop online. You will receive a welcome email in your registered email address.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
Just below the login button, Click on “Lost your password?” Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OF PRODUCTS TO BE ENTITLED FOR FREE DELIVERY?
For West Malaysia:
Orders of RM300 and above, FREE shipping service within West Malaysia.
Orders below RM300, shipping fee of RM10 will be incurred.
For East Malaysia:
Order of RM1200 and above, FREE shipping service to East Malaysia.
Order below RM1200, shipping fee of RM10 per item will be incurred.
WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF MY PURCHASE RECEIPT/INVOICE?
Upon completing your checkout and e-Invoice will be emailed to you.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS AND ORDER HISTORY?
Order status can be viewed from “My Online Account” home page, under recent orders.
All orders are viewed according to order dates.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY PACKAGE?
Once your order is completely processed, you will receive an email with the deliver package tracking number. This will allow you to track the delivery status of your package.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS ACCEPTED?
Major Credit Cards and Online Transfers.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN REPLACED?
No. Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping chart. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be “Sent to Warehouse,” entering the delivery process immediately. We advise you to carefully review and modify your order prior to payment submission.
Once your order has been “Sent to Warehouse,” it has entered the delivery process and no further changes can be made.
WHAT IS RETURN POLICY?
If your purchase is (damage during shipment or incorrect item) you can send it back to us :
Report must be made within 24 hours from goods received.
Picture of proof must accompany your report.
Damage/ Incorrect items must be return within 7 days, together with original box and receipt.
Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Exhibition/roadshow) are not accepted for return and exchange.
WHAT WILL I GET BACK ON MY RETURN ITEM(S)?
You received a one to one replacement of the damage/incorrect shipment or wrong items/products.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Kindly email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 14 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & reasons of returning.
